Great as a salad or pizza topping and as a delicious sauce if you melt it; stock this in your kitchen!

Ingredients 70 g natural sake lees
50 g rice flour
2 tablespoons rapeseed oil
1 teaspoon salt
Method of preparation
  1. 1.

    Place all the ingredients in a bowl and combine them well. Make the ingredients finer by using a food processor, etc.

  2. 2.

    Spread the mix over a baking pan lined with a parchment sheet and bake it all at 140°C in an oven for 10 to 15 minutes until everything turns slightly yellow.
